SWA is a service that focuses on its customers as they are the most valuable assets. Our vision “water for all is our business” and our mission “managing sustainable water services to meet the needs of our customers” remains to be the major challenge.

 Currently we manage approximately 22,000 customer accounts across Samoa. Because a family can all come under one account, we estimate that we bring precious water to nearly 150,000 people. It is a challenge to meet the ever increasing demands and to ensure that our customers remain safe and healthy. However, it's a challenge that we relish and we look forward to improving our level of service further through implementation of our Corporate Plan.
